Online Business Tip: Would a Loyalty Programme Help?


Research has shown that people will alter their behaviour if given suitable rewards.  That applies equally to shopping behaviour.  I notice, for example, that I am inclined to shop at Pick 'n Pay because of their Smart Shopper programme.

Could a Customer Loyalty Programme similarly benefit your small business?  Or even your large business?

Of course, setting up a loyalty programme of your own can be very expensive, time-consuming, and error-prone.  What if there was a ready-made programme that already has buy-in from major chains like Checkers, Spur, and Sorbet?  One that would reward your customers when they buy from you, but also reward them --and you-- when they buy elsewhere?  One, moreover, that is cheap to join and has no monthly fees at entry-level?

Such a scheme exists.  We’ll talk more about it next month..

This Will Affect More Than Your Business...
