The Mezzanine (or Lower Ground) is a low section in the old main building.  To get there, go up the stairs from the Lower Level Car Park, or from the Upper Level (Sasol garage), walk down the stairs between Kai Flora and 7-Eleven Liquor.  The first three shops listed, overlook the Lower Level Car Park.  The rest are in a passage that leads out onto the ramp at Jetline and Farmer's Pantry.
