The Woodmead shopping precinct is based around Waterval Crescent, which runs from Woodmead Makro at the south to the new Woodmead Retail Park at the north.  The area is located in a corner where the M1 Motorway meets the N1 (the Buccleuch Interchange). 

To get there, take the Woodmead off ramp off the N1, turn north-west onto Woodmead Drive, then turn next right at the Engen garage just before McDonalds.  The traffic circle is at Waterval Crescent.  Take the the first exit to go north, or the second exit to go south.  For Woodmead Retail Park at the northern end of Waterval Crescent, do not turn right at the Engen, instead turn right at the following traffic lights (see map below).
